2d Bar Graph. From the insert menu the chart option will provide different types of charts. To insert 2d bar chart or just bar chart select the data for which the bar chart has to be generated now go to insert menu and click on insert bar chart command button from charting group on the ribbon as shown below and select the desired chart type.

These same steps work for clustered and stacked bar charts but we ll address those a bit later.
